The Trust Board is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall governance of the academy trust. It ensures the trust delivers high standards of education, manages its resources effectively and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Trustees set the vision and values, oversee financial performance, monitor educational outcomes and hold senior leaders to account. Their role is crucial in ensuring the trust operates in the best interests of all its pupils.
Each school within our trust has its own Local Governing Board (LGB), which focuses on key priorities such as overseeing the curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of all children, as well as ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and safeguarding on the school site.
